- No returns or exchanges on custom or personalized orders.
- We will honor returns or exchanges on non-custom items within 30 days of delivery.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error or damage on arrival.
- Exchanges will be shipped promptly after receiving the original item.
